INSTALAÇÃO LUMINOSA
Beeldenstil
Beeldenstil captures the essence of Ostend’s maritime community through subtle and poetic movements. Winks, drifting vapors, and the play of light on fishermen’s faces bring their portraits to life, creating a sculptural, almost supernatural effect on the façade.
In this installation, the sea is a bridge between memories: from Ostend to Cascais, two fishing towns connected by the Atlantic and shared stories of salt, silence, and resilience.
The images, vivid and pulsating, maintain an atmosphere of timeless contemplation. An invitation to empathy and listening, as if the ocean whispered the secrets of those who live from the sea and for the sea.
