A floating carousel seems to emerge from the depths of a fountain, opening the way to a dreamlike underwater journey, filled with creatures both real and imagined.
Mystical shadows drift across the surrounding façades, creating the sensation of being submerged, an illusion enhanced by an immersive soundscape of siren songs.
An invitation to wonder where light, shadow, and imagination flow as one.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Julia Dantonnet
Julia Dantonnet is a French artist born in 1980 working in the field of visual and performing arts. Her lighting creations for public spaces are closely linked to a place, its architecture or history. Faced with the ubiquity of digital technologies, she seeks other ways of making images by developing simple and poetic lighting devices. She draws inspiration from ancient techniques, as shadow theater and pre-cinema, to reveal the mechanisms of illusion.
